Bench presses are hard enough, but imagine doing them underwater. Greg Wittstock benched 110lbs an amazing 62 times at the bottom of a lake as he set the Guinness Book World Record back in October 2019. Greg's attempt took place in St. Charles, Illinois, USA, on 1 October 2019.
