On August 3rd of 2019 a man named Diego calls into NBC News posing as a witness giving a live interview about his experience during the El Paso shooting. As the Interview went on it's pretty apparent that it was a prank call. He brings up popular internet memes such as "Gamers rise up" and "8chan".
