On-the-job distractions are common. We’ve all been there: You’re working on something, you decide to take a break, then realize that several hours have passed and you’re no further on the thing you were supposed to be working on.

There are some jobs where it’s more okay to do this than others. For example, cranking it while waiting for your Windows system to boot up is fine. Rubbin’ your stuff while you’re driving? You might end up crashing your FedEx truck.
