I’m sure there’s a use for medicine balls at the gym, but I’ve never really figured it out. To me, a medicine ball is something a trainer makes you use so you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.

But hey, if people find it helpful to use a medicine ball in their workout, good on them. They should just have a better grasp on how to use it than this woman.
