Given how common major in-flight incidents are these days, it can be easy to forget that air travel is still plagued by a host of minor problems, too. These issues won’t kill you (hopefully), but they’ll probably leave enough of a sour taste in your mouth that you’ll want to ask a few questions before booking your next flight.

This flight managed to land in Toronto, and everyone on board was just fine, but if you watch the video, you can probably guess just how unpleasant this landing was.
