Police responded and blocked off the area and negotiated with the man who made it up to about 300 feet before taking his shirt off and sitting down. The man spent 8 hours atop op the WKMG TV tower near Orlando, Florida. He has not been publicly identified and was transported to a local hospital for a physical and mental evaluation, according to Orlando police.
