This woman couldn't believer her eyes when she spotted a pair of "shorts" with a not-so-on-sale price tag of $148 dollars. When she tried them on she noticed a serious design flaw or maybe ambitious new fashion trend. Either way, I hope this trend catches on because I can definitely get behind this one.
