Serbian Minister of Public Investments Darko Glisic was appearing on local TV when something strange began to happen. His eyes drooped, his lips suddenly became limp, and his speech turned unintelligible.

After a few seconds, it became clear that Glisic was having a stroke.

According to local outlets, while Glisic attempts to play off the incident in the interview, there are now reports that the stroke was serious. Watch the moment as it happened here:
