According to internet lore, the cameraman never dies. Naturally, there’s a bit of literal survivorship bias involved here, but in the eyes of the internet, if you want to make it through a situation, you better start filming it.

That said, while you might survive, it’s not promised that you won’t get totally fucked up in the process.
