According to Reddit, the man behind this video is notorious for creating fake viral moments. This video was originally posted to YouTube in 2019 and has since been reshared on Twitter by Oddly Terrifying, a repost account that finds and shares oddly terrifying videos.

The video starts with the group using a broken 2x4 to check a staircase for booby traps, and low and behold, a crutch with a knife attacked comes swinging down.

We can't say for certain if the video is fake, but there is a good chance it is.
