Atlanta fire officials were at an apartment building popular with Georgia State University students Friday, where crews were working to repair a pipe burst. Channel 2's Lauren Pozen was at the scene of the repairs on Ellis Street Northeast and Piedmont Avenue Northeast in downtown Atlanta.
