Host of Manosphere Relationship Podcast ‘Fresh and Fit’ Admits He’s Only Ever Had One Girlfriend
This is the man that some people look to for relationship advice.

If you’ve spent any time on the “Manosphere” side of the internet — first, I hope you’re okay now, and second, you’ve probably come across the podcast Fresh and Fit. These are two dudes who share their thoughts on how bad women are, personal finance, how bad women are, politics, how women will always betray you, politics, how evil women are and… there’s gotta be something else. Did I mention they hate women?
One of the people on the podcast, Myron Gaines aka Amrou Fudl aka “Fit,” has a particular disdain for the opposite sex, even writing a book in 2023 entitled Why Women Deserve Less that purports to be about relationships between men and women.
This is funny because, to hear him tell it, he’s only had one of those.
In clips from their podcast, Gaines admits that he never had a partner before his girlfriend Angie. That’s right, folks — the “expert” on men and women has really only spent a significant amount of time with a single woman.
Is it going well, at least? Seems not. Frequent podcast watchers have noticed that he’s become evasive when hit with questions about Angie, often changing the topic or refusing to answer whether they’re still together. Not helping matters is that multiple videos have come out of her hanging out with, and holding hands with, other dudes.
So, if you were actually taking relationship advice from this guy, that’s yet another reason you might want to stop.
I just found out that Myron Gaines' girlfriend, whom he never has sex with, left him for a straight man who fvcks her well. @MyronGainesX
