Hurricane Ida hit the US south over the weekend with some of the highest wind speeds in history, supercharged by a well of warm water in the Gulf of Mexico. Amid all the chaos already captured on the internet, one in particular seems to be an interesting case of a catastrophic failure that somehow manages to be oddly satisfying in its own way.
