There’s not a lot of nuance to most road-rage conversations. In fact, there’s often not even a whole lot of words — it usually just goes from angry statements to generalized yelling to, inevitably, a fistfight. Not sure what doing this solves, but people seem to love it!

While we can’t hear what’s being said here, one look at the older guy’s actions and, well, let’s just say that some things transcend language.
