Skip to 2:20, when an agitated man, serving 1 day for public intoxication, was shoved by an officer which resulted in hitting his head on a toilet. 2 days later it was alleged the man was in hospital on life support as a result of the head injury. The officer has been placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
