Caleb McGillvary, also known as Kai, the hatchet-wielding hitchhiker of 'smash, smash, SUH-MASH! fame, was arrested in Philadelphia on a New Jersey warrant in a slaying case, authorities said,suspected of murdering New Jersey man, possibly with a hatchet.
