Nowadays, everyone wants to be a clouted-up follower of Christ; however, the reality of “giving your life to Jesus” sounds much more complicated than just thanking God for touchdowns and free throws. And no one knows this better than Justin Bieber.

Bieber, who was once the poster child for being a “cool Christian,” saw that image fall apart when his pastor and spiritual mentor, Carl Lentz, was fired from Hillsong Church for cheating on his wife. Now Bieber says he’s battling the same demon Lentz fought: lust.

In a recent Twitch stream, Bieber opened up about struggling with lustful thoughts toward women who aren’t his wife, saying, “If you even think of a woman with lust, it’s the same thing as actually doing it, committing adultery or whatever.”

But viewers weren’t fixated on his confession; they were distracted by the table behind him covered in cups. Why so many cups?
