The poorly-aimed shot ricocheted off the floor and a fragment of the bullet struck an innocent 9-year-old girl in the forehead just above her right eye.

Thankfully, the girl and dog are both recovering fine. This little girl was extremely lucky that the shot hit her exactly as it did - an inch in any other direction might've had disastrous consequences.
