"Get Back" "Or What?" were words exchanged several times between police and a man before he was punched in the head by a nearby officer. The man, apparently angered that police yelled at his wife, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of official business. At the time, police were responding to shots fired in the area. The incident is being investigated but the officer who threw punch has not been identified.
