A homeowner has a very public meltdown over a construction crew using an easement he claims is on his property. Before the crew can even explain they are allowed to use this portion of the public land to access the area with their equipment, this guy throws a temper tantrum and continues to scream irately.

One of the workers gets right up in his face after his nonstop whining like a child. The other man who appears to be a neighbor / property owner even tries to calm the man down by telling him he wil take care of any repairs needed from damaged cause to his lawn but this male Karen just isn't having it.
