As Los Angeles erupts in protests, New York, well, it’s still New York. The city is finally hitting its summer stride, and as the pale East Coasters exit their cocoons and head out into the parks, they’re ready to take in everything the city has to offer (minus, except, the rats).

In this case, one of the things the city has to offer is this man, who can balance one of NYC’s rental bikes on his head while getting twerked on.
