There’s a trick some Uber drivers pull in which they’ll accept a ride, and then just chill. The reason they do this is because they hope you’ll see their car not moving, then cancel the ride — thus charging you money while still giving the driver a payout.

Can you dispute this with Uber? I mean, theoretically yes, but good luck actually getting a payout from that. Instead, the only thing you can really do is what this guy did: get in your own car and confront the driver.
