When a Michigan man tried to pay a $1.75 Parking ticket surcharge in pennies, court officers asked him to leave. When he put up a ruckus, they choked him out and arrested him for obstruction and disturbing the peace. The man 'claims' he then sh*t his pants. There is no law that forces any person or entity to accept pennies as a form of payment.
