There’s no “proper” reaction to missing your flight. No matter the reason behind your absence, one can’t help but feel pretty helpless, dragging themselves and their bags back to the check-in desk to be placed on the next flight out.

At least, that’s what I would expect would happen. This guy breaks that idea by going through literally every single emotion possible in the aftermath of missing his flight.

Color me impressed, but it does speak to my theory that airports break people’s brains.

Playing the spoons is a dying art. That’s why it’s so beautiful, and weird, that this Uber driver is keeping the tradition alive.

For those who are unfamiliar, “playing the spoons” involves hitting two spoons against each other (I promise, it’s significantly more impressive than it sounds). This guy is an Uber driver in Newfoundland, and as he drives around, he lets it rip on the spoons, clicking and clacking to the popular songs of the day.

He’s not keeping both hands on the wheel, but who cares? It’s a lot of fun. Plus, if you’ve brought takeout with you, he can definitely supply you with some extra silverware.
