There are certain medical conditions that can make one randomly faint. Thankfully, with medication, many of these conditions can be managed, but that doesn’t mean that one won’t occasionally just lose consciousness.

Sometimes, it can happen at really, really inopportune moments. Possibly the worst place it can happen is behind the wheel of a car, and that’s exactly what happened here:
