Medical Cannabis has been legalized in many states but still remains illegal in the other 15 or so remaining states. Recently a company called Acreage Holdings submitted this commercial in hopes of having it approved and aired during the Super Bowl. The ad was rejected and this "controversial" commercial became an ad that big pharma and the lobbyists never wanted to see the light of day.
