You probably knew somewhere in the back of your head that there was a person on this Earth with the world record for “loudest burp.” Sure, maybe you thought that it was something that people didn’t really measure, but base logic would tell you that, if people burp, there’s gotta be someone who does it the loudest.

As it turns out, that someone is 33-year-old Kimberly Winter of Virginia, who holds the world record for “Loudest Burp (Female)” for a burp that reached 107.3 decibels. Here, she discusses her technique — but mostly just burps a bunch:
