Residents of Downtown Los Angeles got quite the scare as they watched unknown Military helicopters flying through the city as part of a training exercise. Some residents reported hearing explosions accompanied by several Black Hawk helicopters in the densely populated area. Police had some roads and intersections blocked off as can be seen in the second video.
