Most wild animals aren’t as cute and cuddly as they look. Our domesticated dog and cat friends have really given us unrealistic expectations when it comes to other furry animals — which may explain why there are so many videos of people getting too close to wild animals and getting annihilated by them.

In this case, a family approached a koala and learned that they’re not exactly the teddy bears they appear to be on the surface. Don’t worry, the kid’s fine, though he should probably get tested.
