A man's mother was shot after a female deputy tried to arrest him at gunpoint. She plead with the officer to wait for backup and is suing the department for using deadly force. The son, who was intoxicated & resisting arrest was later restrained by a 2nd officer. The mother underwent 10 operations & is still hospitalized.
