If you see a shark, what do you usually do? Well, hopefully you don’t live a life where this is a common problem, but in general, I think most of us can agree that the appropriate reaction to a shark sighting is (calmly) going as far away from it as possible. At a bare minimum, if a shark is spotted in the swimming area, you stop swimming.

Even though there were sharks known to be in the area, this woman decided to just chill on her paddleboard until the shark literally knocked her off of it — and onto him.
