This 11 year old 'Prom Princess' got the whole works. Nails, hair, make-up, all done by professionals. Add flowers, a balloon display, horse and buggy, and she was on her way to impress a bunch of grade middle-schoolers. Her Dad's a welder, and her stay at home mom came up with the idea.
