In surveillance video released by AZCPOA inmates at Lewis Prison in Buckeye, AZ can be seen attacking two officers. At first, two inmates are seen hitting officers then seven inmates join in. Moments later all inmates disappear out of the frame, only to all rush back into the frame and up the stairs.
