The Russian man, named Dan Sheekoz, posted this in the description of this video on Youtube: "Hi guys, you will see strange Russian guy which is trying speak English. My name is Dan, and in this video I'm gonna show you my cheap house. Everybody can rent something like that for $150 in Russia."
