Scaredy Cop Pulls Man Over and Threatens to Pepper Spray Him Over Nothing

The cop had apparently done this so many times before that he was out of pepper spray!

A justified fear that many Americans have is that, someday, a cop will just decide to fuck with them. The police in our country aren’t exactly known for being the kindest, and when they’re spooked, they have a tendency to get a little too shoot-y for comfort.

In the cases where you’re lucky enough to *not* get shot, they may try to use non-lethal force. In this case, Deputy Andrew Stowers opted for his pepper spray (despite not being in any immediate danger). The problem? He had allegedly done this so many times before that he was fresh out.
