If there is one thing all Americans can agree on, it’s that air travel has gotten worse. However, according to Trump’s Transportation Secretary and The Real World: Boston alum, Sean Duffy, that isn’t because we lack air traffic controllers or protections for consumers, it’s because everyone shows up to the airport in their pajamas.
With the government back open and TSA employees receiving their salaries again, the busiest time of the year for air travel is about to kick off, and Sean Duffy has some advice on how you, the flyer, can help make the experience better.
First, Duffy wants you to leave the sweatpants and slippers at home, urging people to “be nice, be in a good mood” and to “dress up” for their flights. Though wearing a nice suit won’t ensure your flight is delayed or even canceled, it will ensure you look great when you’re passing the time at the airport bar.
