I’ve never quite understood how gymnastics is judged. Do I think it’s amazing and know in my heart that I could never do it myself? Of course , but that doesn’t mean I understand how doing a flip can equate to a score from 1 to 10.

Along those lines, solo trampolining. While it might not be crazy popular, it does exist, and if you’re not familiar with the sport, watching it can feel bizarre. Here, watch for yourself:
