The video features a very strange statue of the famous Beatle John Lennon in a park in Havana, Cuba. But thieves kept stealing the glasses, so now there is an official government glasses man. He literally hides until park tourists come to see the statue, then quickly places the glasses in their proper place. Now thats tax money well spent.
