Big week for boat crashes!

On Sunday, a boat in Miami got into a violent crash, throwing several overboard and sending one man to the hospital.

Why did this happen? We still don’t know. Video of the event appears to show a boat making a beeline straight for the dock, hitting it, then getting the result that one would expect from such an occasion. Of course, people on the internet have their theories, from boat malfunction to intoxication, but the jury’s still out on exactly what went down.

Regardless, maybe we should make it a little harder to get a boat license, just to be safe.
