Starbucks Bans Employees From Having Tongue Piercings

That’s one way to shrink your workforce.

Starbucks has issued its new dress-code regulations, and they bar employees from having “more than one facial piercing” and outright ban “tongue piercings” altogether.

The strict dress code prompted Starbucks workers to sue the company, alleging they would require employees to “completely redesign their wardrobe without any compensation,” and that “[Starbucks employees] are already living paycheck to paycheck.”

I can’t speak to Starbucks' reasoning for banning facial piercings from their stores, but I do know that people with tongue rings make excellent lattes.
