In this short video, we see what starts off as a potential creepy moment or possible horror film scene as this guy entering a tunnel is a little confused by what he is looking at. One of the two lanes of the road appears to drive straight into a wall while the other continues up and out of the tunnel. What seemed like a poor design and lack of safety with no warning, ends up being this dude just baked out of his mind.
