Tesla’s Robotaxis Keep Screwing Up
Probably not a good idea to roll these out to influencers first!

Earlier this month, Tesla deployed its Robotaxis to the streets of Austin, Texas. This is really, really bad, as Tesla’s self-driving technology is, uh, not up to snuff.
But don’t take my word for it — just ask all the people who have driven in them!
According to the influencers who have gone for Robotaxi rides, they aren’t the (relatively) smooth experience one has come to expect from services like Waymo. Instead, they’ll suddenly stop, pull all sorts of illegal moves, and by the end of the trip, they might just drop you off in the middle of an intersection.
Let’s get these things off the road, huh?
seriously? The @robotaxi is still having phantom breaking issues??? Also, is her seatbelt in correctly??? This video is exactly why it should be. pic.twitter.com/yrpxYSpMOI

are you sure you didn't watch a robotaxi video? i see the wheel jerking around, doing an illegal lane correction, driving on the wrong side of the road across a double yellow line into a turn lane. pic.twitter.com/LxgqLmBawz
