Sheila Jackson Lee stood on the floor of the Capital building today and claimed the U.S. Constitution is 400 years old. She is only off by a mere 173 years. Ms. Lee is VERY popular in her Houston-based district. She has been in Congress for almost 20 years now, winning each election with an average of 72% of the vote.
