The Thai Army Has Deployed Elephants Along the Cambodian Border

Where did they get the pants?

Today, Thailand and Cambodia agreed to an “immediate and unconditional ceasefire” after the two countries engaged in deadly clashes last week over their disputed border.

President Trump congratulated leaders on both sides for reaching a peace agreement, posting on Truth Social, “Congratulations to all! By ending this War, we have saved thousands of lives.”

Which is good news for the people of Thailand and Cambodia and even better news for the innocent elephants Thailand was planning to send to the frontlines.

Late last week, a video of “war elephants” wearing army hats, shirts and pants with guns tucked into them began making the rounds as many people (myself included) were shocked to learn that Thailand still employs elephants among its soldiers.

I hate to imply that war is cool, but those elephants can definitely dress!
