This has to be a fecking joke, right? Sadly, we don't think it is. A TikTok about giving advice on 'ending friendships' has made the rounds and Twitter and TikTok are taking this woman and her HR speak as a sign that there is no easy way to end a friendship.

Friendships change as people grow older and sometimes the person you were when a friendship began isn't the same person you are now, as you think about ending it. If this plot sounds familiar, it's because it's the same plot of the Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson film, 'The Banshees of Inisherin.' The story follows two friends who have a falling out after one of them no longer wants to be friends with the other, however, their story doesn't end as amicably as this woman's advice suggests it could.
