While things aren’t exactly great for Ukraine right now, they’re still managing to make considerable strikes in their defensive position against Russia — and the attack that happened over the weekend may be one of the most impressive strikes to date.
According to CNN, Ukraine’s most recent attack on Russia involved smuggling drones into the country and hiding them in wooden mobile houses atop trucks. The resultant strikes inflicted an estimated $7 billion in damages and targeted 34 percent of Russia’s strategic cruise missile carriers, including Tu-95 and Tu-22M3 bombers, and one of Russia’s rare A-50 surveillance planes.
