Know the warning signs so you don't land in a place where you're overworked and undervalued. There is a lot of advice out there about how to identify red flags when looking for a job and even more advice on how to leave a bad job once you've found yourself in one.

But what is lacking is advice for managers or bosses who are doing a bad job in their roles. So while it may be easier to tell your boss to go kick rocks, it's worth your time now to notice potential red flags before you accept that new position.
