A British man famous for “standing in traffic in complete silence” is back to his old shenanigans — that is, standing in traffic in complete silence. David Hampson, who only last month was released from jail for standing in the road, was seen doing it again the other day.

According to Wales Online, his corner of choice is “the junction outside Swansea Central police station in the middle of Swansea,” which is where, you guessed it, he was recently picked up. The 55-year-old Hampson has never once spoken to the police, his lawyers, doctors, court staff, judges or his probation officers in the last 10 years.

And so, no one has any idea why he does what he does, or what he’s hoping to accomplish. Again, he just stands in the street until he’s removed or thrown in prison and has never once talked about his motive — or anything else for that matter.

Honestly, I respect him. No one has ever committed to a bit harder.
