Around the world, there’s a growing interest in humanoid robotics. Unfortunately, it’s just really, really difficult to create a robot that does all the stuff a human can. It took a couple hundred thousand years of evolution to get us to where we are today — it’s understandable that researchers are finding it difficult to catch up!

One of the most difficult parts of developing a humanoid robot is figuring out how to make them bipedal. This Chinese robotics company did just that — and to demonstrate how easily their bipedal robot can recover from being pushed over, they hired a guy to beat the hell out of it.
