The social media food personality Raphael Gomes makes the secret recipes that restaurants don't want you to know. From Raising Cane's sauce to Olive Garden pastas, Gomes has even received an alleged threat from an unnamed CEO to remove a copycat recipe.

In this video, Gomes sets about recreating Olive Garden's Fettuccine Alfredo using an old recipe posted and then deleted by Olive Garden themselves at the start of the 2020 pandemic. Leaked recipes for Olive Garden's entire menu can be found on this Google Doc published to Reddit. Gomes's pasta comes out looking virtually identical to its Olive Garden counterpart. However, not everything is an exact match.

"As a former employee this is not correct by any means," one person comments. A different person also claiming to be a former employee agreed. "So wrong!! I worked for them as a prep and line cook and I still remember the recipes for sauces." Even if Gomes's recipe isn't exactly the same, it still looks pretty dang good. I'd order it in a heartbeat.
